With readers in more than fifty countries, I know you can’t all make it, but for those of you in Sydney Australia and surrounds, I’d dearly love to see you!
In just a couple of weeks, on Saturday, 24 October, at 2pm, I’ll be in conversation with popular heartwarming women’s fiction author Sophie Green as she graciously helps me launch Plus One at Brighton Court at Willoughby Library, The Concourse, just down the road from Chatswood Station. Find out more and book. Free. Bring a friend.
It will be a great opportunity to thank you in person for your interest, warmth and encouragement, without which my books would not exist.

This photo was taken just after a hailstorm at sunset sent hailstones flying through a two-inch open window, right across a large room and into the corridor. The rainbow in the centre at the top may well be a hailbow, if there is such a thing.
I wish I’d had more time to take some better snaps, but I was too busy cleaning up the mess!
In a world of unsettling events, reading and writing feel-good fiction remains for me a peaceful refuge, a safe (dry) place where I can rest and recharge. It’s a simple joy I love to share.
Other events
You’re also more than welcome to meet me and a host of other popular Aussie authors at the Global Girls Online Book Club annual author/reader event at Merrylands Bowling Club on Saturday 29 November from 11am to 4pm. Details and bookings.
And I’ll also be signing at the Australian Romance Readers Association Romantic Rendezvous 2027 in Canberra on Sunday 14 March at Mercure Canberra, Cnr Ainslie & Limestone Ave, Braddon, and in Sydney on Sunday 20 March at Rydges Sydney Central, 28 Albion Street, Surry Hills.
